Manufacturing operation
Pattern shop manned and loved by a qualified patternmaking crew.
Four MF Induction furnaces make up our melting plant.
Two core-wired treatment plants support the process of producing consistent quality SG iron castings, heat after heat.
Production lines for a series of castings ranging from 1.0 kg to 250 kg
No-bake, hand moulding unit where we can produce castings weighing up to 1500 kg
In our core shop, we are able to make cold-box and Sodium Silicate mould cores, using our core shooting machines and a hand core-making area.
The core shop is also complete with two drying ovens.
Finishing department which takes care of the shot blasting, fettling and painting of the castings.
